Joining a small group is EASY! To connect with a group leader online we’ve created 3 simple steps:

1 Find a group you are interested in attending below.

2 Email the small group leader email listed below the group description. You can click their email and a automated email should pop up for you to send to the leader.

3 The small group leader will follow up with the time and date of the first group meeting, as well as any important information.

Our vision for small groups at Hillside is to see people connecting in life giving relationships and growing in their relationship with Jesus. While groups differ in content or theme our overall purpose is the same: life giving relationships. We are so happy you’ve landed on this page and hopefully you’ll find a group to connect with for this winter/spring season. Life is better together!

GROUPS ROSTER:

LADIES SMALL GROUP STUDY: Sip, Savor, Seek - Sisterhood This group is for ladies of all ages 20 and up who want to come and spend time together in a relaxed atmosphere while sipping a cup of coffee or other favorites as we savor some time together and seek God's will while searching scriptures. We will be using a devotional called Coffee Lover's Devotional. Sign up and come join us each week as we share with one another, bond together and grow in Christ. LADIES LUNCH BUNCH: An opportunity to get to know and make friends at Hillside.  Second Friday of the month join other ladies for a time of fellowship, Bible based devotion and discussion, and food. Group Leader: Louise Deary Assistant: Mary Bruner Contact Email HERE.

LADIES “Significant” Bible Study: This powerful ladies Bible study will look at Rachel Risners’ study: Significant. We’ll study six ordinary women, one extraordinary God as the study leads us through the Scriptures, powerful discussion, and a wonderful time of connection. UNQUALIFIED BIBLE STUDY Are you looking to find purpose in your walk? Does something make you feel limited or unqualified? Are you wanting to serve God but are wondering how to get started? Maybe you’ve been at it for a while but are feeling stuck or without direction? What if your greatest weakness could turn out to be your greatest strength? In this group study we will be viewing a 13-sermon series (over 7-8 nights) by Pastor Steven Furtick. Our focus will be on “How do we move forward from here?”. We will be reviewing where we are, how we arrived here, and what must we do to move forward successfully. This will require each of us to do an honest appraisal of ourselves and what we hope to accomplish going forward. This should be a great resource for those of all ages, and most especially for those who have an ambition to do something forGod but are being held back by something, or struggling to move forward. WEDNESDAY BIBLE STUDY: Communion with God Join others through an enriching and important teaching that will equip and encourage you to hear from God. This study includes video teaching, discussion, and study of the Scriptures. Group meets Wednesday evenings 6:30 pm - 8 pm at Hillside. Childcare is provided. MEN’S COFFEE CONNECT MONDAY Join up with men early Monday morning’s at 7 am at Starlight Coffee in Sellersburg. Connect with other’s to be encouraged in your walk with God and others. Group Leaders: Josh Rohl Email HERE.

MEN’S COFFEE CONNECT WEDNESDAY Join up with other men to connect through God’s Word, through encouragement all over a quick coffee. Group meets Wednesday morning from 8:15 am - 9 am at Coffee Crossing on Grantline Road in New Albany. Group Leader: Paul Deary Email HERE.

MARRIAGE ENCOURAGEMENT GROUP Join other couples for a time of connection, encouragement, teaching, and discussion. This group meets at the Deary’s home on Sunday evenings from 6 pm - 8 pm. Group Leaders: Paul & Kelli Deary Email HERE.

FAMILY FUN NIGHT Join us for a relaxed, low-pressure evening of connection and conversation. We love puzzles, so we'd like to work on a puzzle together while listening to a Bible teaching or walking through a book of the Bible.
